I'm 39 years old and weigh well into the 200's. My first initial goal is obvious. I want to get into "Onederland". I'm not doing any kind of fad diet. I'm simply eating healthy. My diet will consist of whole grains, lean proteins, and lots of fruits and veggies. Of course, exercise is a *must* too.
I promise, I have not quit. We've had sickness around here for the past couple of weeks and I just haven't had time to blog. I will be back soon (hopefully tonight) with some product recommendations and a recipe. Stay with me :).

Did you at least get the up side of being sick - weight loss? I look forward to your recommendations and the recipe :)
I doubt it. I haven't been on the scale, but I don't feel like I have. You should know one of my product recommendations ;). Got 4 more today, hehehe.
