- I'm 39 years old and weigh well into the 200's. My first initial goal is obvious. I want to get into "Onederland". I'm not doing any kind of fad diet. I'm simply eating healthy. My diet will consist of whole grains, lean proteins, and lots of fruits and veggies. Of course, exercise is a *must* too.
